This is a great exercise DvD, a little bit "cheesy" but still delivers and it's fun. The last time I used and bought a home exercise Dvd
D(or should I say VHS) was Jane Fonda's workout (yes, a long long time go). Having taken boxacise classes before I had my daughter, I thought I would get back into shape at home and do somthing I knew I'd liked. The DVD is 55min long with only one workout, it is challanging and you work up a sweat. My body hurt the next day, but it felt good as you feel that you have really done somthing. It it well constucted and can be followed by beginers to advance exercisers. The main thing is to breath, count and keep moving even if you can't follow all the moves the first few times (it will come!). If you take the time learn the moves and be dedicated to it (three time a week) you really will see and feel the difference (even after day 3). One last thing the exercise routine uses ressitance bands, I didn't have any at frist and the work out was still good. However, It may be a good idea to get some later on to keep the workout challanging.
