Well he did it again...this book was so enjoyable, I loved the food. He's food not only tastes fresh and delicious but its so easy to cook and sooooooo simple!! This is definitely one to get..if you want to entertain your friends and family without spending hours slaving away in the kitchen then this is your book!!! ENJOY!!!!!!

At first glance this book is like candy for the eyes. Originally I bought it as a gift and then ended up buying one for myself too.
The format of the book is it selling point, it is a great simple format and straight forward to follow. It is also refreshing to have a book that does not overwhelm you with complicated instructions - the recipes are easy to follow in their simple, well written way. Another big plus is the photography is fantastic too and really makes your mouth water!!
I have made a couple of things from it so far and each one has turned out well especially the deserts (the trifle is fab!!).
So if your bored of the bog standard cookery books this book is a real find - great to look at - easy to follow and of course the main thing being the food is deliciously different.

I am a recent convert to Bill Granger and I have to say this book might well rescue my waist-line. Bill's no-fuss approach to cooking is refreshing and the recipes are amazing. A few fresh ingredients and store-cupboard stuff that you can put together easily and quickly after work.

Nice pictures!
This is a lovely book to look through but maybe more suited to Australian climes where beautiful fresh produce is more easy to come by!
