I found this book very useful, ended up doing cycles especially on Islay. The guide chooses the best routes with enough info to easily plan the day's cycling. Great presentation and the small format made it the perfect guide for this trip.

Good little book which highlighted some interesting trails. Only downside was the lack of rides in the far north where there are trails aplenty.
