I bought this DVD on the strength of what I had seen when i went to America, and i wasnt disappointed with it. I would class myself as very fit and i work out 5 times a week but wanted something to do at home aswell if i couldnt get to a fitness class. The DVd is broken down into 5 sections:

Warm up- 5 minutes, this includes some squats and jumping jacks and other usual stretches, etc

Level One sculpt- 20 minutes using weights ( I use two 2.5kgs weights but you could use less) This level does help you work up a sweat because you do bicep curls, squats and lunges usuing the weights etc

Level two sculpt- 10 minutes- This includes squats lunges and press ups etc

Level 3 sculpt- 10 minutes- This level is slightly harder, you still do squats and lunges but it is a higher intesity and includes sides lunges and press ups and also strengthening your core by doing the plank incorporated with press ups etc

Cool down - 5 minutes, I dont think this was long enough compared to the intensity of the weight work that you do, I think this section could have been at least 10 minutes.

I think this is an excellent Dvd and i love using weights in excercise as I think you get better results, but i wouldnt recommend it if you are a beginner as some of the squats and lunges and press need to be done properly to be effective annd technique is important to avoud injury to your knees.
