She is co-founder of healthy fast food chain LEON. Allegra's TV credits include Allegra's Turkish Delights, Economy Gastronomy, BBC Two's Great British Food Revival, and guest-chef appearances on Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Three Good Things.
