Hannah Miles has compiled a wonderful collection of recipes in this fabulous book.Some are traditional favourites; others new. From yummy cookies and gorgeous desserts to very special occasion cakes it will appeal to experienced, or novice cooks of any age. So many delightful recipes to try. Concise and easy to understand; a dream of a book!

This book has something for everyone from beginners to more experienced bakers. My favourite section in the book is the celebration cakes and cookies.

If you are after a book that not only contains fantastic recipes but also explains some of the "tricks of the trade" that enable any level of baker to improve, then this is the book for you. I particularly like the peshwari cup cakes - an inspired idea, and very very tasty!!!!
