..this should be it. After having chewed my way through years of charred on the outside raw on the inside British BBQ and having eaten wonderful BBQ in Texas, Memphis Kansas and Chicago I bought this book hoping to finally be able to cook proper US style BBQ at home. It delivers everything you could want and is worth buying for the Memphis style ribs recipe alone. Buy this and you will never want for better BBQ at home.

This is a graet book with fantastic recipies. The book tells you as well the history of Big Bob Gibson in a light and entertaining way. The recpies are understandable and not difficult to make, the book tries to give you the love of BBQ, and it succeeds in that

What a great book! along with all the recipes they're are lots of tips on how long to cook for and lots of marinades. We have quite a lot of recipe books but this one is a bit different to the norm and a welcome addition to our shelf. Would definately recommend it.
