I picked up Ms. Gittleman's Beyond Pritikin after reading her book Your Body Knows Best. Both of them were real eye-openers but Beyond Pritikin's fat is not all bad message really helped my youngest daughter the most. My 16 year old refused to eat a morsel of fat and had lost her menses. Now that she agreed to use the evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil I learned about through Beyond Pritikin, she is menstruating again and her skin cleared up.... Bravo.

I am so excited about the results I got from the Two Week Fat Flush in Beyond Pritikin. This is the first time I have ever been on a program, stayed on it, exercised regularly and was not tired. Now that I am on Gittleman's maintenance plan, I am still not tired and have not gained back the weight. This is a 5 Star Program

The diet program in this book is sensational..I not only lost weight but I feel good and all of my friends have noticed the difference. This woman sure knows her stuff and I hope to read the rest of her books some day, too.In the meantime, I am the most svelte I have been in years and plan to stay that way with the Two Week Fat Flush Diet Plan twice a year.
