5.0 out of 5 stars Best Prog album of 2012 so far.... 22 April 2012
Format:Audio CD
This does take a few listens to get into it, but if you like the later Pink Floyd sound of David Gilmour, then the combination of the guitarist and Yodi Lang's voice is just great. The Fisherman is the standout, but it's a complete work.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Bit of a Mixed Bag 26 Sep 2013
Format:Audio CD
I love the live double CD 'Start the Fire' but I felt having listened to this album on Spotify that it had some lovely moments but also some rather dull moments too. The great moments were great but there weren't enough of them to convince me to buy this particular album. The last track 'The Noon' was lovely with great vocals, guitar work and drumming, I also enjoyed Beyond Man & Time, Unchain the Earth, some of The Fisherman.
But I see RPWL have a new live album and a DVD due out on 7 October 2013 and I'll no doubt buy one or both of these as I'm so enjoying the live album 'Start the Fire'.
BTW, I'm a very new RPWL fan, no idea as a long term PF, PT & Genesis fan, why I wasn't aware of RPWL years ago but thanks to Spotify I now am!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great rock recording 21 Sep 2012
Format:MP3 Download
This popped up on my Amazon recommendations, I also listened to the music in full on spotify, as other reviewers note lots of Pink Floyd touches ( I read they started as a PF covers band ) but lots of original input as well, I can also hear lots of other influences, I think this is a great piece of music, don't really like the term prog this is just good rock. Love track 2 We Are What We Are. All well played, great guitar breaks and good vocals. I also went and downloaded the Rarities LP as well
