A very informative and extensive book from the Association Of Photographers (AOP). Very detailed and concise and at times a long read, but you cant complain, every word is priceless, especially if your just starting out in the photography or you need to freshen-up on something particualar. It covers a great deal and you cannot dismiss the AOP they know what they're talking about. In a nutshell this book delivers exactly what it says on the cover. "Rights, Ethics and Business Practice. p.s nothing to do with how to make your images look good, just on how to market yourself and work!

Brilliant and comprehensive book, just what I was looking for as a reference for professional photography. I would recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to know more about the legal side of the profession or some information you generally wouldn't get just by looking it up on the net.
