The entrepreneur has started his company, now what? This book describes what an entrepreneur needs to do to become a good leader, CEO, manager and businessman. This is beyond entrepreneurship. The book is used in the INSEAD MBA course Managing Growing Businesses. I would recommend this book not only for the budding entrepreneur, but also for managers (and consultants) everywhere. It is an easy matter-of-fact read with plenty of insights, examples and common-sense advice.

There is not one useless word in that book. A fast and easy read, it covers all of the really important things you need to pay attention to after you started your company.

Have fun and good luck.
