This is a fantastic book. Having been a diet addict for many years this is a real breath of fresh air. This book is written by sisters Audrey and Sophie Boss, themselves serial dieters. They decided to question what their eating was about, and how to make possitive changes to their relationship with food.

I can't believe how good this book is.

It is talking complete sense to me and I totally understand the principal. I haven't been able to put it down yet.

The principals involve simple steps like 'eat when you are hyngry' 'stop when you are satisfied''eat the foods that your body is asking for'. The book also acts like an informal workbook, asking questions for you to ask yourself, and offering small facts and information along the way.

The book is such a good read, its written honestly, and feels like the authors are in the same room talking about this. Well done The Chocolate Fairies!

...obsessing at every meal, body hate and waiting to lose weight before you find yourself acceptable..Beyond Chocolate is for you. I have spent years working on my food and weight obsession. If you like Geneen Roth's books (as I do) it is great that we have a UK version. As others have mentioned I have taken advantage of the support discussed in the book. Reading Beyond Chocolate started me on a journey of learning to care for myself that has been nothing short of life changing. I can't recommend Beyond Chocolate enough.

This is a brilliant book, easy to read, insightful and kind. If you're feeling down about your body image and know that dieting fills you with a total lack of enthusiasm this is totally worth buying.

It's full of practical suggestions and exercises and you're granted further access to their website which has even more information. I thoroughly recommend!
