Touching and inspirational 13 May 2009
By Love 2 sing - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Knowing Jena and her family personally made reading her mom's book all the more poignant. I always knew they were very special and blessed people, but after reading this book, I appreciate them even more and feel so fortunate to have known them. I didn't think it was possible to be any more inspired by their daily struggles until I read this book and realized the full extent of what they had experienced. As other reviewers have said, once you begin reading it will be impossible to put it down. Prepare yourself to be deeply moved and completely absorbed in the story of Jena and her mom.

An Unforgettable Book 11 Nov 2008
By Kathryn Lukaske - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I'd planned on taking my time reading this book. I knew I could relate to the "Mom" aspect of it and I wanted to learn more about Cystic Fibrosis. I wound up reading the book from cover to cover in one sitting...I could not put it down.
The author is so incredibly descriptive and spot-on when relating her feelings, the setting and the chaos that is going on around her and her family...you feel like you're right there beside her. Not only did I fall in love with these people but it's made finding a cure for this heartbreaking disease a personal priority. I believe the author is unfailingly strong...and I wish her life ahead to be filled with nothing but happiness and peace...she and her family SO deserve it.
I remember Jena, she was such a bright beautiful girl, just started reading! 21 Feb 2012

I just started reading this after the introduction I must say it grabbed me and pulled me in. Jena passed away when I was 16 although we were never close I do remember seeing her beautiful glowing face around often, such a big loss for our little town. Cant wait to finish Margret definitely has a way with words, strong mama, strong kids!
