I bought this book for my 4yr old and we both really enjoy it. It's about the wolf (who's a bit dim) trying to trick the girl into letting him in the house; but she's far to clever for him. Both the text and illustrations are very funny and even makes me laugh out loud. Buy it!!!

I love this witty story, my daughter adores it too. I've also read it to several classes of children, up to 8 years old - but I think even older children would love it for the more subtle aspects of the story. It's a great story with only 3 main characters and so it lends itself to reading with different voices for each character, we love it!
We'd also recommend the other 'Beware' stories and the one for boys is a completely different storyline and not just an adaptation of the girl's story.

Brought this after the successful Beware of the boys, we expected this to be along the same lines as the first, but lacks the flow of the Boys but still a little better than Teachers, all are good in there own right but Boys is still the most read in our house
