This season is a must for any fan of the series, from the point of view of seeing how things wind up. For me, the series peaked during season 6-8 which naturally left me curious to see how things would progress to the final season, which was never originally transmitted in the UK. I don't know why this was, but on watching the final season episodes it's clear that this was to be the final season at the time of production and the storylines reflect that - both from the storytelling point of view and the general weakness of some episodes' plot and dialogue. I know at the end of the day this is soap in all forms, but previous seasons had more detail, fun, excitement and energy. The clock was definitely ticking by season 10 I'm afraid.
A must for real fans though (a few stars for that) - but first-timers please make your minds up on previous seasons before watching this one for a trip down 1990s memory lane in a soap that was certainly of it's time and very much part of the formative years for some of us!!
