I am very pleased with AVIDES customer service. Unfortunately when the item arrived, the batteries were at a low level and I couldn't use it. I contacted the seller and fair do's to them, they did offer to replace the full item. My health is such that I have been asked to weigh myself on a daily basis, so this was inconvenient. Rather than wait to send the product back and wait for a replacement to arrive, I decided to go ahead and buy new batteries. It's just a pity this was necessary though given the price of the item. Nonetheless the voice function is clear. Simple to use. Looks smart. I would recommend this product to anyone.I've given a 5 star rating, because it was my choice that I didn't return the item.
