The Beurer PS45 BMI scale offers the very best visibility as it has been designed with a large white surface area of 34x34.5cm which incorporates a big and beautifully designed jumbo display with backlight and a large digit size of 60mm. Packed with lots of fantastic functions to include; a maximum weight capacity of 180kg with an overload indicator should this weight be exceeded, an adjustable weight display in kg, lb or st, BMI calculation with easy-to-understand interpretation, clock and temperature (°C and °F) as well as a trend and average indicator for 10 users. The memory spaces allow for the storage of 5 weight readings per user so the whole family can monitor and manage their weight using just 1 set of bathroom scales. Batteries are included; however, when they are running low, the battery indicator will inform you to replace the batteries. For added simplicity, the PS45 scale does not require an on/off button; instead it features a tap-on and auto-shut-off function. The vibration sensor will let you know when the scales have turned-on and they will turn-off after use so weighing yourself couldn’t be easier.

I grew weary of trying to find a bathroom scale that I could actually read whilst standing weighing myself. Luckily I found this product, ordered more in hope than belief & crossed fingers awaiting delivery. When the scales arrived - "Eureka!", the very large digital display met my hopes & then some. Although not a cheap product, to date I am delighted with the fact that an enlightened designer has actually thought about what is it's primary aims. In my case (and, I suspect, that of many people) this was to be able to perform the simple act of standing on the scale, easily viewing a very visible result, then stepping off the scale again - mission accomplished!. As stated previously, this is not the cheapest product out there but the added bonus is that it offers many more functions ( BMI index, Memory storages, multi-person use etc) if you really want to use these.
Thus far I am really congratulating myself on a good purchase and long may that continue. As an ordinary member of "Joe Public" reviewing this particular product offering from Beurer I do nor hesitate in recommending it based on experience of it since ordering.
