This book is brilliantly written. The girl has such a happy life then her best mate Jack and her parents act all weird and edgy when she's around. The book twists and turns turning Jade's life upside down. Mainly for teenagers, who will relate with the problems Jade gets thrown at her. Excellent, couldn't put in down.

One word- fascinating. It says it all. There was one tiny thing I didn't like about this book- the way she got a dog for Christmas. But every other word in the book is great. I think that anyone who liked the Starling Tree or the Princess Diaries will like this- its awesome.

I read this when i was about 12 and it really helped me as i could relate to a lot of it, i thnik it was a very good book and any girl in her teenage years would love it.
