Four Stories have produced an very good LP, right from the harmonica filled excentricity of 'Save Your Last Goodbye' through the brilliantly gentle rifts on 'Down On Me' to the angst of 'Still Waiting'. Although there are some ruffer moments to the lyrics, especially on 'Castaway' the feel of the whole album is one of a band with a bright future ahead of them.

The album is well produced and very listenable but ultimately falls just short of being a classic debut album. Having said that there are enough strong songs on here to point to a possibly brilliant follow up.
