Having battled with this for some time, it needs improvements to work.
Any pressure applied, even small, causes the head to swivel, trying to get it to swivel back to position to be useable twists the twist-lock handle segments which then start to slide.
Looking at the head, there are 3 small rubber rings which help secure the head onto the handle connection. Maybe if I could find and replace the 3 rubber rings with slightly thicker ones it would render the head secure.
As it is, save your money.

Good value for money and does the job and is quite robust. The down side is that the window cleaning tool is not screwed on and is only pushed on so at times it comes off.

The head can be a little bit on the loose side and if continues to be a problem i will fit a small screw through the collar.
I did fit the rubber in its holder the wrong way round that made it useless for cleaning my conservatory roof. So the assembaly instuctions need to be improved and made much clearer.

Telescopic Window Cleaner
On the whole a good product, but the fabric window cleaning tool becomes loose quite quickly and falls off which is a bit of a problem if this happens on the roof!
