The pain in my knees had been keeping me awake at night. My GP told me it was wear and tear and to keep taking ibuprofen and to wear supports when exercising ( pilates, Tai Chi, horse riding, dog walking). My chiropractor could also find nothing wrong but luckily takes a holistic approach and suggested rubbing magnesium oil into the joints. I rubbed the oil in morning and night for 1 week and now just use it when I feel the need. Pain gone !!! no longer need knee supports or pain relief so well worth a try.
