I used to read the Daily Mirror daily, but the paper became negative in my opinion. I still decided to purchase this book about a year ago, and it had helped me seeing certain betting things from a different point of view. Most things are written like you've got no idea how a bookmaker looks like, but inbetween those bits some very handy info can be found. I've only read this book once, as I continued to create my own personal strategy, but this book helped me on the move.
One very important thing for any wannabe punter: in the book states to always check on Mirror's Newsboy selections, to decide where you put your hard earned cash on. My tip: every horse 'twitboy' states you should furmly LAY! The worst punter of English history he is, and you only have to read his writing to understand he's a fruitcake. Sound harsh? Not really, he is living in fantasy land, but seems that the Mirror can't get a real punter in. I've changed to the Daily Star, much better
