I would definately recommend this book (and the therapy it teaches). I found it to be clearly written and easy to understand. The instructions for learning the technique were accompanied by illustrations which made it very easy to learn. I like to read about people's experiences and enjoyed the chapter on case histories at the back.
I was rather sceptical about whether this therapy could actually produce the results that were promised, but tried it out on my fear of spiders and it worked!! I'm now working through - AND clearing - many issues which I feel have been holding me back.

I read the book a couple of days ago, i thought it was very well written, very easy to understand, and cut right to the chase. I am a therapist (Reiki, Hypnosis) I took an eft course a couple of years ago, but i am afraid i let it slide, Recently however i have started putting it into practice and this book helped me immensely. I really did enjoy it, The author has flare and talent.. God bless, Andy
