I have never been the best cook in the family however after purchasing this cookbook that all changed!
This book makes it very simple and very clear on how to make delicious and usually very easy recipes and they actually do turn out the way they look on the pictures!
Excellent material for beginners and experienced alike, I would HIGHLY recommend this book as there are recipes that are excellent for dinner parties and really look the business and recipies for very simple midweek meals. This book is also useful for telling you when any kind of vegetable or meat is in season as well as handy tips right throughout!
I would definetely recommend the mushroom and taragon soup or the creamy chicken stew with dumplings!
