This is a fabulous book and one that a friend of mine also has and which is why i placed an order for it - every page has delicious and achievable recipes - superb book with healthy hearty and mouth watering delights whether you are vegetarian or not. :)

something different
There's a sameness about veggie cookbooks. This one is different. Great variety, all sounds delicious. Can't wait to try some more recipes.

FANTASTIC
I JJUST ENJOY USING THIS BOOK SO MUCH AND IT INSPIRES ME TO EXPERIMENT. I THINK ITS A REALLY GREAT BUY AND WOULD RECOMEND IT TO ALL INCLUDING MEAT EATERS.

Not all nut rissoles
This book is excellent for vegetarians as it gives fantastic recipies with a wide variety of nations and food.
