Most walks are between 4-6 miles, various locations. Excellent and enjoyable, couple of minor errors but this adds to the fun. Looking forward to weekly walks over the winter months with a hearty pub lunch afterwards. The book was recommended by a friend who has done quite a few of the walks and also loves it.
