As with all her videos, Rosemary Conley provides a good, solid workout. In this tape there is an extended warm-up which can also be used as a "mini-workout", or you can continue on to the more advanced aerobic section for a longer, more intense workout. Her team work at different levels, so you can follow the person who matches your fitness level and give it as much or as little "oomph" as you like! If you work at the higher level, your heart rate will really "get up there" and you will certainly work up a sweat. True, the choreography in RC's videos isn't overly exciting, but as the moves are easy to learn, they wont frighten off the choreographically challenged and you are able to get into the workout more quickly and therefore work harder. There is no body conditioning included in the workout, so if this is your preference, look to her "Five Day Fat Burner" or "Fat Attack" workouts, both of which include aerobics and body conditioning.

This is an excellent exercise video. It is really easy to follow and is just like being part of an exercise class. There is a warm up at the beginning that seems thorough and a sensible cool down at the end. If you just want a gentle workout you can fast forward it halfway through to the cool down at the end. If you choose to stay with it, you are given gentle encouragement along the way. Rosemary Conley does the main workout, while one of her team does an easy version and another to her left is more energetic. You can follow at a pace that suits you. I have found some exercise videos complicated but this is really straightforward, so it's quite relaxing after a days work when my brain is dead but my body needs exercising.

This video is excellent, I cannot recommend it enough. If you've been rubbish at sports all your life and have no co-ordination (just like me!) this video really is for you. There's a 15 minute warm up, just over 30 minutes fat burning aerobics then a relax and streching part, which lasts 4 minutes. The moves used are simple; they're not complicated at all and some, if not all, are repeated as you go through the workout. The move you're doing keeps changing which greatly prevents boredom, and though I say the moves are simple it is still a very effective workout. Like always you can select your intensity by following different people, and working at a middle intensity really gets me hot and sweating. The songs used are also a plus! Okay, so the video is a little dated (1998) but there's some tracks you can really get moving to and enjoy like Last Thing On My Mind and Knock On Wood. Those awful leotards and all-in-one clothes that the exercisers wear are a bit of an eyesore but still... don't let that put you off! All people who enjoy easy to learn aerobics should get a copy of this.
