Now this book sure has lots of recipes! It's crammed with them! It has the feel of an edited selection, scattergun, rather than carefully chosen favourites. There are no pictures, so you need to be able to read a recipe and visualise it to know what you are getting. Some come direct from websites and others are family favourites of the two authors.
However, there are some interesting recipes in there, some unusual grains; Teff,Sorghum and Amaranth for example. In the world of gluten free this represents a departure from the white flour facsimiles of most recipe books.
I would recommend this book if you know what you're doing in the kitchen and love baking. Put a star by the recipes you've tried and enjoyed and get yourself some American cup measures if you don't already have them.
