The book has recipes from the north, east, west, central and southern parts of Africa, all with beautiful colour illustrations. This book has different styles of African cooking and most importantly the recipes are easy to follow. The book has the best African recipes I have seen so far and I was very impressed with the quality and contents of this book. Apart from the wonderful recipes I was very happy to see all colour pictures of the food. If you would like to know more about African cooking then I recommend that you get this book.

This is one of the best type of cookery book coming from Africa,It's a great series, informative, fun and relaxing to follow, easy for party and good home cooking,Most Ingredient used are pure fresh ingredients that are readily available in most local stores and superstores, the book is down to earth, it is practical with clear and simply instructions- Recommended worldwide for lovers of good and healthy food!!!!

This book includes most of the major dishes eaten in various parts of Africa. The recipes are very simple and easy and the dishes taste great. Some of the recipes include too much tomato - one of these is the jollof rice recipe. Apart from that, it is a book well worth buying - I use it several times a week.
