We are finding Berocca a helpful winter pick-me-up. A friend tipped me off about this product when I was struggling on a staged return to work after having chronic fatigue syndrome. The tablet dissolves in water to form an orange fizzy drink which you take first thing in a morning. I definitely started to feel better and had more energy about 3-4 days after taking it - not sure if it was the Berocca or something else but I'm not going to stop taking it....the only odd side effect is that it turns your wee orange!

I have been taking berocca for several months now, its gorgeous to drink first thing in the morning,and my health couldnt be better. There has been alot of colds and virus's around and I haven't suffered anything ever since taking it. It must have boosted my immune system so im definately going to keep taking it every day. :-)
