This is a great little book to fit in pocket or handbag. Nor does the content suffer from the compact size. Packed with useful information of the kind every visitor to a city needs. Well laid out, great photos and classy production. My only niggle (and it's understandable) is that prices quoted are in Estonian Kr and since the beginning of this year the Euro has been adopted. Apart from that, it has me drooling over the meals to be expected, the sights to see and handicrafts to bring home.

This was extremely useful. My friend and I went for a short break to Tallinn. We had never visited Estonia before and did not know anyone who had, so this was a new adventure. We were only there for 4 nights so had 3 whole days to explore. We could have filled many more. The book was so useful when planning our days exploring. It gave us where to go, what to see and where and what to eat. Would thoroughly recommend as a guide for anyone visiting this lovely small city.

I could wax lyrical about the Medieval city of Tallinn. It is a beautiful city and the people are helpful, welcoming and friendly. The Berlitz guide offers an up-to-date list of the best sites to see as well as just enough history for the casual tourist. Being pocket sized it fits into pocket or bag and the maps offer just enough information to guide the visitor around a city to which I intend to return.

Excellent little book packed full of helpful information about Tallinn and the surrounding area. Estonia joined the Euro at the start of 2011 and the prices quoted in the book are pre-Euro, but it wasn't a huge problem. This book is great value for money and I'd certainly buy Berlitz pocket guides again. Quick delivery too.

Very useful book , though the DK guide is better. Tells you what you want to know though , where to eat , sights etc , we used it because it is a bit smaller and lighter than DK book and we were restricted on baggage weight .

I ordered this as I am going to Tallin soon, the copy I have was printed in 2006, this is the latest version, I am sure nothing much has changed in terms of the city. As usual for Berlitz it is compact and easy to read.
