Easy to programme, looks good, well made, nice and clear. Hands-free operation excellent. If you spend all day on the phone and smash it down in frustration, this ones for you. Just don't admit to mal-treating it.

Plugged in and working within 5 minutes of receiving it - very straightforward. No batteries required. Allows 12 fast dial numbers, has a clock (although this only displays when phone is in use), speakerphone, mute, redial, transfer functions. I am using it with a headset Headset Agent 200 Noise Cancelling RJ11 For Office Phones BiNaural Two Ear With Quick Detach Bottom Lead, and it is perfect for those long global conference calls. It has a loud volume - I have set the volume to 1 (lowest) and it is perfectly clear and still quite loud. Overall an excellent buy.
