As commented by previous reviewer sizes quite small. Ordered 2 for size 5-6 and 7-8 for my 6 year old who is quite small but kept the 7-8 jacket. (Don't forget if you do this that you need to pay postage for return).

I bought this Jacket for my 3yr old son to wear on a walking holiday. I initially bought size 5-6yrs but it did not fit him so I had to re-order a 7-8yrs which is fine. My son is rather tall for his age, but I felt the first size of jacket did come up small. Either colour (Black or Eclipse) will be good for school. The Jacket includes zipped outer pockets and a good sized hood which withstood a downpour well. I would recommend this product to others.

I read the reviews on here before buying and I ordered age 9-10 for my 6 year old daughter and it fits her perfectly with room for growth, so you definately need to buy bigger than the age you're buying for. Saying that it is a good quality, waterproof jacket.

this jacket was very thin, thought it would have had some depth to it. zip seemed to get stuck very easily so was not very satisfied with the quality.
