Would recommend this Backpack to any woman. I am 5ft 4 size 8/10 it is the most comfortable backpack I have ever used. Plenty of compartments easily accessable without opening the whole pack. The adjustable freeflow harness I thought may be a it of a gimmick but I was wrong. It took a while to get right but well worth it in the end. Plenty of scope to extend to shorter/taller/longer backed person.

I've been looking for quite a while for a rucksack to replace my old but very reliable and easy to use Karrimor. My Bergaus Freeflow 25 + 5 is proving to be a very good choice. It can be adjusted to suit the size of the wearer and does what it promises and stops my back getting very sweaty on long walks with its free flow system. A really buy at this price.

This was a brilliant day bag for trekking. I took it to Everest Base Camp and the top pouch could be easily accessed without taking the bag on and off all the time like others had to do. The back plate meant I never had a sweaty back - which was nice as showers weren't very accessible! The bag wasn't as big as others had but it easily fit my 2 litre platupus, waterproofs, camera, sunscreen, book and snacks.
