What a wasted Opportunity! The writings Good, The Paper High Quality and a Lot of good Information. BUT THE PUBLISHER HAS SPOILT THE BOOK BY COMMITTING A NOW QUITE USUAL SIN , THAT OF SPREADING MANY HISTORIC PICTURES ACROSS 2 PAGES AND THUS RUINING BOTH THE VISUAL AND HISTORIC VALUE OF THE IMAGES. WHEN WILL PUBLISHERS LEARN TO EITHER PRINT THE PICTURES PROPERLY ON 1 PAGE , EITHER LANDSCAPE OR PICTURE FORMAT OR MAKE THE BOOK & ITS PAGES LARGE ENOUGH TO SHOW THE PHOTOS PROPERLY. MUCH OF THE VALUE TO PURCHASERS IN A BOOK LIKE THIS IS IN THE PHOTOS AND ARTWORK. TUT TUT AND INDEED MANY TUT TUTS.
