Beloved Warrior is a hoot! Juddy Di Cano keeps her tongue firmly in cheek and her imagination in top gear. I loved the fact that Dar was a healer as well as a warrior and Jennifer was a capable and competent woman. As for Firedrake the dragon, where can I get one? The only thing that I think could have been improved was the ending. Perhaps Miss Cano intends a follow on but it would have been nice to have had Jennifer's opinion on Dar's home world particularly as she had been so unsure of her ability to fit on a Viking world.

I have not seen any more books by this author but I really hope that more come out.

Some of my favorite things ... sensuality, humor and magic together under one cover. I was intrigued after reading the prologue and completely captured by the end of chapter one. I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed seeing Dar and Jennifer's relationship blossom from one of simple attraction into one of deep, selfless and abiding love. And, if you're a fan of dragons as I am ... you'll fall hopelessly in love with Firedrake, Dar's young scaly companion. I still can't get the the silly grin off of my face. A sequel in Asgard would be good, Ja?

I have read the other reviewers and totally agree with all of them. Dar is one of the most sexiest men I have ever read about. He can jump in front of my car anytime he wants. I loved Firedrake, he was a darling. This story has everything you want, humour,passion, magic and love. A sequel to this book would be perfect. I'd love to read about Jennifer and Dar in Asgard, as well as the other secondary characters. Please do it Judy. This is a magnificent first book and I can't wait for your next book. Well done.
