It's probably better to purchase a beginners dvd before embarking on this.The new moves are taught very briefly, the instructor does not spend too much time repeating moves and so for me it was hard to get to grips with routines. Good thing about this dvd is that it is sectioned so you can go straight to the part you want i.e. buns and thighs if that is the area you want to work on. It is titled as 'weightloss' but even had I been able to do the moves I don't see how it would make me lose weight. Was in doubt about purchasing this dvd, should have followed my instincts. There are better weightloss programs than this. This dvd (in sections) can be viewed on youtube so check before you buy or just use the youtube version. I have given up on this!!

I enjoy Dolphina's dvd's.
Having done belly Dancing for 4 years and now not able to get to a class - this really helps me with my Belly movements, posture and over all fitness. Her specific weightloss programme is easy to follow, works your muscles, makes you feel like you are working towards an end goal and is enjoyable.

it is good however you can only get the maximum workout if you know some of the basics of bellydance as she goes through the session very quickly

feel like a goddess and tone up!
Fantastic dvd! Using this dvd you will use muscles you didnt even know you had! As well as toning, I feel great doing the dvd so its a confidence booster too!
