I've been using this belt for about 5 days now and my pregnat belly is almost gone!! In my previous pregnancy, I didn't use anything, and it took me about 6 months to get to the stage where I am now, so I'm pretty impressed, not sure if my belly will get completely flat, I suppose I'll have to use it for a bit longer but so far I'm delighted.
The only con is that it hasn't been shaped for a woman's waist, so it sort of creases in the middle and because you have to join two bits of velcro, it does show under your clothes, in winter time, it's not so much of a problem because you can sort of hide it under thick jumpers but in summer it would be too obvious.
