Helmets have finally come along from the hideous "skid-lid" which looked like an actual fireman's helmet, and was about the same size and weight, to these light, stylish pieces we now have.
This helmet is perfect for either road riding up to technical trail riding, although it does have a small peak, visors are advised in my experience to keep the dirt/spray/sun out of your eyes. The adjustment on these new models is also really rather good, there is a small dial on the reverse which means that if you find it is too tight or loose you can adjust it, even on the go with gloves on, it doesn't pose any real problems.
The only drawback for this model is that the chin strap clip, due to being ergonomically designed has resulted in a rather fiddly tightening, just thought i'd mention it, i think it would just take some getting used to it, i've only had it a month so still go to put it through it's paces properly yet.
Hopes this helps someone make the choice, all you really have to know is it's cheap, light and stylish....the trifective in my opinion! cheers
