Good design - easy to use, very little to do to assembly it. Doesn't slip at all whilst running, using a cross-trainer, lifting weights etc. Easy to operate ipod with one hand whilst wearing. Can also be washed by hand, after removing ipod of course! Bought this one as a gift as i am very satisfied with the one i bought several months ago for my own use. Good value for money, definately reccommend it.

Good armband and the fastening is quick and easy. Like the winder for the headphones wire too. Not always easy to spin the wheel on the ipod through the plastic but not a major flaw. Would prefer the top to be fully covered to make it waterproof but would recommend it for the price.

This is the second one of these I have bought, the last one lasted about 2 years which given the sweaty abuse, regular washing and general wear and tear, was phenomenal (I train daily). It does not lose elasticity and remains pretty much at the tightness you set it on.
