a great item streams really well from my laptop to the tv with great sound quality, the picture is great too. the unit is slim and compact with the help of the addition of the cool blue light on the unit, its great to have a wireless unit at a very good price, belkin always comes up with good reliable product . check that you have the required widi processor though or this will not work for you and it could be slightly easier to update so thats 4 stars, but overall very good

This is a great piece of kit, allowing you do stream a display signal to your monitor or TV wireless-ly. However, you will need an Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) enabled client to stream content off. The best choice would be one based on a 3rd Generation Core i3, i5 or i7 (Ivy Bridge) Intel CPU. 1080p content will only run off these CPU's. Moreover, you need to use the integrated graphics on the CPU to make the stream work, or use Lucid MVP to switch between the integrated graphics processor and the dedicated one(if you have a dedicated video card).

Before they write bad reviews, people should read the specifications and required components list first...

Worked right out of the box with my Windows 8 Toshiba Ultrabook as per previous review. I suppose it was simple but it took me a bit longer to figure out how to do it but that was me.
