not just for HP Compaq laptops 29 April 2011

I'm not sure why this wireless card is sold for HP Compaq laptops. I purchased it for my Thinkpad T400 (the built-in wireless was giving me problems, and this seemed like the cheapest fix), and this wireless card has worked perfectly. If you don't want all the "crapware" associated with Belkin's driver, XP itself will happily install the card. This wireless card is definitely a good buy.

I needed a new one and was looking around for cheap cards for the laptop and came across this item so I bought it, the range is great and get great speeds in every room. Would recommend this item to anyone after a cheap but effective wireless internet card.

The Belkin Wireless Card is installed very easily with the CDrom and works flawlessly. It is a robust made product and I certainly recommend it.
