Most Helpful Customer Reviews

15 of 15 people found the following review helpful By Mr. J. J. Brett on 27 Jan 2013
We bought this on the recommendation of our local independent electrical store.

The upside is that the machine is quick, quiet, economical and capacious.

The downside is that it broke down within a month of purchase. At Christmas when our need for a dishwasher was greatest.

It also suffers from some design flaws. Most irritating among these is the appallingly poor runner design for the baskets. This ensures that the basket drops out of the runners every time you use it. We also found that we couldn't set the upper basket to its lower setting as it made the sprinkler arm foul on the plates below. On its upper setting you can't use the additional shelves as they are too close to the top of the casing. These are issues we didn't experience with our old Smeg. We also had to continue using the cutlery basket from the Smeg as the Beko one takes up too much room.

So, must try harder but the price is right.
