I have had this appliance for 3 years now and it has never given me problems. It's got a large capacity fridge section, with a decent sized freezer space. My only criticism is that the temperature dial is located in the centre of the fridge section above the top shelf. This means that if you are not careful, food that you remove from the top shelf can knock against the dial which will move it either up or down (frequently I have done this and the dial has gone up to 5 or down to 1). So something to watch out for.
