Read the first chapter of the book. Very engagingly written! Great stories and a great way to get into the topic. I look forward to reading the body.

Disappointing 7 Oct 2008
Format:Paperback
Moore writes in a holier-than-thou style that annoys the living daylights out of me. I find his interviews bland, his examples and conclusions predictable. And to top it off, he sometimes blatantly misrepresents other authors' views, turning them into strawmen to make his own views look wiser. I haven't made it further than midway through the book, rather against my habit.

Book is good - disappointed in limitations 12 Mar 2011
By Lorene Boyes - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
With my hectic schedule the Kindle and reading has become essential... Bought the new IPad for traveling and found this book is limited to 4 devices rather than the normal 6 Amazon allows - i have 5 devices - and sync them together - so this review is more about the publisher - I won't make this mistake again.

A fresh look at a classic topic 17 Dec 2003
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
Moore does away with the complex academic language and instead uses great stories of real people's lives to give insights into what it means to be human. It has depth, humor and content - I couldn't put it down.
