Very helpful and insightful

Format:Mass Market Paperback
This book is great whether or not you are in or want to be in a relationship. It is really about becoming more aware of your feelings, the value of being authentic and communicating in ways that will build closeness in relationships.
It is well organized and well written. Some of what it says may seem like common sense, but it is very wise, profound and even beautiful.
