Young at heart 6 May 2004
Format:Hardcover
I am no longer a teenager and I originally bought this book because I loved the other Andrew Matthews books so much - Being Happy and Follow Your Heart. This book is an overview of a multitude of self help/ personal development ideas. Yes it tells you what you already know, but it does it with humour and style and I for one need reminding from time to time about things which I already know. This book is for those moments when you need to have some distance from your current issues and want to be reminded of the basics, plus made to smile. I would recommend this book to people who are able to look at the lighter side of life whilst having a passion to learn personal development ideas - whatever your age.

Absolutely love everything by Andrew Matthews. This book has just been returned to me from a friend whose daughter read it and now my son (nearly 13) is engrossed!

I read Follow Your Heart, and that book did me a lot of good. It really motivated me to look at things differently and take destiny into my own hands. Somehow, Andrew Matthews has done an even better job with this book, even if you're not a teenager (I'm not). I bought it for a teenager, who, of course, completely ignored it. Picking it up myself I was amazed by the insight and ideas that are in it. I'm pleased I bought it and it has pride of place on my shelf for anyone to borrow!
