Really excellent item which I gave as a gift to my best man. Although aimed at the best man there is much information to assist many members of the wedding ensemble.
Content is in-depth, up to date and interesting - I'm confident that with this book's help all will go to plan!

Before I state my opinion about this book, which I bought a few months ago and thought was a useful guide to being a best man, I should say up front that I have a professional interest in this topic as I run a best man speech website.
I can't fault the book for its style of writing or advice: both are spot on. The author clearly knows what he's talking about. Where it falls down slightly in my opinion is there isn't enough info about the one area that petrifies every best man: the speech. If I were a potential best man I'd have preferred 20 more pages about the best man speech and 20 less pages about best man duties, which to my mind are all common-sense recommendations (don't forget the ring etc).
Where the book really shines is in its compendium of stag do ideas/activities and list of stag websites to contact. I actually think it's worth buying just for that info. But if it's advice on how to write and deliver a world-class best man speech, then I think you need to look elsewhere.
