What was not clear on the descriptions I read for this is that it is actually a stereo reverb - and a very good one too - which can also be used as a mono reverb for guitar. A variety of great sounds - the spring reverb is so realistic I just had to tap the box to see if it went "boing", which of course it didn't! The plate reverb setting is very reminiscent of actual studio production sounds and is great for adding a subtle fill to existing stereo mixes. The "level" control is, misleadingly, not an overall volume control, but a balancing control between dry and reverb, which is much more useful.
On the outside a bit plastic with a fiddly battery compartment, like other Behringer pedals, but use this in your studio with a power supply and it's superb value.

Now. Generally, I'm a fan of Behringer products... their delays and choruses pretty much do the job well at a low price, and their acoustic simulator is brilliant.

This was a big, big let down.
What I wanted was a reverb to add to my clean sound.
What I did NOT want was a pedal that "changes" my sound... muffling it and removing clarity.

Furthermore, the different reverb options sound pretty much all alike, if you are hoping to get a nice big hall effect, or a real sping reverb feel, forget it.

I use a Behringer mixer when performing live and I must say, it's selection of onboard reverbs beats this hands down.

I hate to say it: this pedal, even though cheap, is a waste of money.

Purchased for my teenage daughter who plays in a band (Appear Invisible). She checked out lots of pedals on line and chose this one for the sound - there are more expensive models available that don't give the results she was looking for. Arrived quickly, very well packaged and delivered with a brand new, still in wrapper, battery which is a very welcome and much appreciated touch.
Does exactly what is required of it and stands up to rigorous use!

It's okay, but it isn't really a reverb effect, more like delay. You can get some good effects out of it, but I am in the process to fine a nicer pedal for what I need. If you want a true reverb sound I would look at spending that bit more time and money on finding a better pedal. If you are just starting out and just want something to mess with then it's not a bad price.

So all in all, it's pretty standard, but good for starters.

Cheap for a reverb pedal - soon found out why. The one I ordered had one setting that worked (a delay, not a reverb): all the reverb settings produced nothing but a nasty squishy phased effect. Ordered a replacement, same scenario. I have tried a cheap Behringer echo machine sim as well - that works OK. But not this one.

I was hoping for good things but sadly they did not come true. Most of the negative stuff said was apparently true. Here forced to give it 1 star but in truth would get 0.5 of a star simply for turning up. None of the reverb sounds sounded good at all.

I bought one of these and it does not have reverb effect, it might be some mix up in the factory, it simply doesn't do reverb, plus I asked for a replacement and it came in the same condition.

Do yourself a favour and save up for a good one. You get what you pay for and in this case, you get a nasty sounding reverb which sucks the tone out of your guitar like a harmonic hoover.
