First piece of info that you don't seem to get anywhere is that this comes with a power supply!
Its well packaged, easy to use and nice and quiet, I use it for home recording along with a Behringer B1 mic which is also very good. Used with my PC and Magix recording software. My main piece of advice is make sure if you use it for home recording make sure you get a really high quality XLR cable when using Phantom power. But I am very happy with this little mixer!

This thing is great!

External Power Pack to reduce attenuated noise over the lines (this thing is pretty much noise-less, and if it isn't then just get a ground loop!)
Oh so many inputs
Faders + Knobs that don't create a "noise" when changed(I know cheaper ones do)

Just what I needed, great price for a great mixer, has 3 outputs even though I'll only be using the main out, great little mixer!

Excellent little Mixer. Neat & compact, smooth & very quite. Phantom Power for ya Mic is Splendid if needed. I root 3 passive Mics round using the Two Track OUT left Send back through one of the EQ channels & pan it to the Right so the signal does not loop round on itself. That could be done using the Control room OUT send too if needed. That way you can get at least some EQ on additional Mics I also aim to power up the MIXER using some batteries to match the power supply but that will be done at my own risk. I use two little 2 watt busking amps which I have converted with extra Speaker outputs so I can drive my Twin Twelve PA cabs with 9v Batteries & it sounds more like 100 watts, only with no generator required. I have also converted a little PC Speaker amp system to run on batteries to do the same job too. I use 4 delays & 3 Electro Acoustics all wired in & ready to switch between. I have a fully Mobile & adaptable to be WEARABLE setup. “I can make a lot of noise” If I fry the desk it won’t be to bad as for just £54 its one of the best bits of kit you could buy for that price. WELL RECOMMENDED :-)

This mixer does exactly what it says, the best bit being that it eliminates any ground loop/hum when multiple inputting. The definition of sound mixes are precise and as claimed by Behringer the price of the mixer matches many other more expensive products . I have inputted a synth, alesis drum machine, 2 other keyboards and 2 drum samplers and a mini disc with no problem.. Only one moan, the power input connector is bad it is like a DIN connector with 2 power supplies...it easily falls out losing power.... I ended up packing blue tack around the aperture which mainly keeps it in place....however the overall unit is unbeatable for the price and I would look no further when I upgrade to 1 16 input mixer.

Delivery was prompt, the item works superbly and to my surprise, it is NOT made in China, South Korea, Japan or any of those "free trade" areas!
The mixer makes it possible to have near-professional sound from ordinary, inexpensive components. After upgrading microphones, amplifier, etc., I expect extraordinary results.
I consider that its quality well exceeds the modest price tag. It is definitely a bargain.

If you need to add additional channels to your home studio then this is what you want. Very cheap (but profressionally made) simple to use mixer. So small you won't even notice it on your desktop. Sound quality is excellent, and improves the quality of the output from any laptop or multimedia sound card (to my ears). Mic and Hi-Z inputs for guitars and even an effects send bus makes this the best mixer available in it's price bracket. I just wish I'd spent an extra couple of quid to get the 1202 model now as you can never have enough inputs once your studio starts expanding.

This is an excellent mixer, I bought it to replace an older Behringer that did sterling service before dropping dead from a surfit of metal heads. The most important point for me was that that the preamp offers excellent gain with almost no noise. You have to drive everything very hard to get noticable hiss or hum.

I normally use a a Sure SM58 microphone and the quality remains excellent. All the controls function well and quality is maintained with both Mic ports in use and a seperate tape/effects out in use at the same time.

The unit is well made and very east to use, it is a pitty that the manual is so bad and the downloadable version is no better so learning to use it can be a voyage of discovery.
